The petitioner is in custody since 9.12.2014 in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No.171 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an old lady of about 70 years and her son is already in custody.

Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that the petitioner is an old lady, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
