For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Satyeshwar Prasad For the Respondent/s : Mr. Sanjay Kumar, AC to SC 8 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2018 The petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent authorities not to disturb the petitioner from service of the Sachiv, Gram Kachahari, Akodhi, Block Kargahar, Rohtas. In view of the considerable lapse of time since the writ petition was preferred, this Court finds that the grievances raised by the petitioner would not survive any more. However, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievance by way of a fresh writ petition in case any action of removal of the petitioner from service has been taken by the authorities.
