JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. This writ petition has been filed for quashing the result dated 09.02.2015 published by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission for permanent appointment of A.N.M. (Auxiliary Nurses Midwifery) .

The petitioners have alleged discrimination in the matter of award of marks. Respondent-Commission has filed an

Patna High Court CWJC No.6137 of 2015(4) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 affidavit in which it is stand of the respondent that the petitioner could not qualify in the personal interview as petitioner No.1 obtained three marks and petitioner No.2 obtained four marks whereas the candidates were required to score at least 4.8 marks to qualify. The petitioner being disqualified as above have been rightly denied their appointment.

Since non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner without going into merit of the said submission, the instant petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) sanjeev/- U T
