The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case no. 158 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 448, 379, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code Section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that informant had planted Parwal (pointed guard) at the bank of river Ganga, where some

Thereafter, on 30.03.2019, eleven persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners, came at the house of infomrant and started abusing the informant and told that he had called the Police and destroyed the liquor Bhatti. Thereafter, they entered into the house of informant, at that time, Bir Bahadur Rai snatched golden chain worth of Rs. 60,000/- other persons started pelting stones and made firing in which Randhir Rai and Anil Rai, family members of the informant, sustained injuries. Thereafter, all persons fled away giving threatening to destroy the Parwal, if informant will not give ransom of Rs. 10,000/- per month.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and informant are co-villagers and the field of informant is adjacent to the field of petitioners due to that reasons the petitioner have been made accused. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail
