2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 169 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 364, 302, 201 and 120(B) of the IPC.
3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 30.04.2025.
4. As per FIR, the husband of informant was kidnapped by some unknown persons, while he went to collect money.
5. Mr. Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that during investigation it transpires that dead body of husband of informant was recovered on stance of Akhilesh Kumar, who is brother-in-law of the deceased. It is pointed out that he was apprehended with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60941 of 2025(2) dt.15-10-2025 2/3 this case for the reason that deceased husband of informant left his house for said Akhilesh Kumar to collect his dues. It is pointed out that on instance of Akhilesh Kumar one skeleton was recovered which could not even identified, but same was claimed of deceased husband of the informant. It is pointed out that on the basis of confessional statement of said Akhilesh Kumar, petitioner was implicated with present case, where no further incriminating material appears recovered/surfaced during investigation as to connect petitioner with the crime in question. While concluding the argument it is submitted that, petitioner found involved in one more case, where he is on bail and moreover, investigation of this case has already completed, and as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
6. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer for bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as except suspicion arising out of confessional statement of Akhilesh Kumar nothing incriminating appears as to connect petitioner prima-facie with the present crime in question, coupled with the fact as petitioner remains in custody since 30.04.2025, accordingly above named petitioner, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 169 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60941 of 2025(2) dt.15-10-2025 3/3 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Jehanabad/concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 480(3) of the B.N.S.S.
