2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(i) For a direction upon the respondent No. 5 to issue Parwana (execute settlement) in favour of the petitioner for collection of service fee from the commercial vehicle for the financial year 2016-2-17 i.e. for the period 01-04-2016 to 31-032017 as the petitioner has been declared the highest bidder in the bid dated 08-03-2016 conducted by the Nagar Parishad Siwan and

Patna High Court CWJC No.9917 of 2016(12) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 accordingly he has already deposited Rs. 42,65,000/- and further he had also deposited Rs. 1,28,000/- as cost of staff duty.

(ii) For a further direction upon a respondent authorities to return the proportionate amount with interest from the price i.e. Rs. 42,65,000/- which has already been deposited by the petitioner for the period of 12 months but in spite of lapses of about two months settlement has not been made.

(iii) For any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner may be deemed entitled too."

3. It has been informed that the sole petitioner is no more and as such, liberty be granted to the heirs if he/she/they want to agitate the matter.

4. The State has no objection to it.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
