Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the entire selection process/dated 03.04.2018 and selection of Respondent No. 8 whereby the respondent No. 8 namely Sunita Kumari wife of Ravi Kant Ranjan for the post of Anganwari Sevika at Anganwari Centre, Devkhaira, Ward No. 6 Block Kargahar under District of Rohtas has been appointed without following

Patna High Court CWJC No.4295 of 2019(3) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 the Anganwari Sevika/Sahaika Selection Guideline, 2016.

3. Counsel submits that he has filed representation at every forum but no decision has been taken, thereafter, writ petition has been filed.

4. It transpires to this Court that remedy is available to the petitioner under relevant guidelines i.e. Anganwari Sevika/Sahaika Selection Guideline, 2016.

5. As such, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy under the said guidelines before the District Programme Officer, within 30 days and District Programme Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram is directed to pass order upon hearing the concerned parties within 90 days.
