The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
The statement of the two victim girls recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that both had gone to market and in the market a relation Khushbu Kumari telephoned them to come to Gaya. Thereafter, both went to Gaya on a bus. At the Gaya railway station, one Rohit took them to Haryana on train. At Haryana the petitioner received them at railway station Jamuna Nagar. Thereafter, both the sisters started job in a Mall. After eight days said Khushbu Kumari returned back to her house. Thereafter, the petitioner allegedly physically exploited both the

Submission is that the petitioner is a distant relation of the victim girls. They had voluntarily gone to Haryana without giving information to anyone as disclosed in the FIR. Due to some other dispute and just to pressurize false allegation has been labeled.
Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Anti P.S. Case No.71 of 2018, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
