2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 408, 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Silao P.S. Case No.167 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the thrust of accusation of defalcation of Rs.17,42,626/- is against the co-accused Abhinav Bharti being Panchayat Rojgar Sevak.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged and also the fact that part of the aforesaid defalcated amount to the extent of Rs.1,50,000/- was deposited in the account of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Bail petition stands dismissed.
