2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Phulpras P.S. Case No. 290 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 210.6 litre country made liquor from two different vehicles. Petitioner was apprehended on the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is neither owner of the vehicles nor the seized liquor belong to him. Charge-sheet has already been submitted after completion of the investigation. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in judicial custody since 03.07.2025. He

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulpras P.S.
