====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 24-08-2018 Present application to initiate contempt proceeding is of the year 2006. The non-compliance of the order was passed as far as back in the month of September, 2006. By order dated 25.09.2006 passed in CWJC No.11008 of 2005, it appears that substantial grievance of the petitioner were redressed. However, liberty was granted to the petitioner to represent before the University authorities for the left over grievances, if any, which would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. As observed above, the order was passed in the year 2006 and we are in the year 2018. Learned counsel appearing for the
Patna High Court MJC No.3006 of 2006(4) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 applicant is absent when the matter is taken up for further hearing.
