She had been removed by the State Election Commission under the Provisions of Section 18

(1) (n) of Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 on the ground that she had failed to attend three consecutive meetings of the Nagar Parishad. While issuing notice to the respondent nos. 4 & 5 in the admission matter, this Court had stayed the impugned order dated 15.03.2010 passed by the State Election Commission in so far as it concerned the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7928 of 2010 (4) dt.17-09-2018 2/2 Since the term of the Nagar Parishad itself has expired, the writ petition has become infructuous. In that view of the matter, it is disposed of as infructuous.
