As per report dated 3.4.2018 submitted by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani, it appears that out of seven charge-sheeted witnesses, only two witness have been examined.

In view of the above, this Court directs the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani to ensure examination of the rest of the witnesses within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the Sessions Judge, Madhubani, will deliver the judgment after conducting the trial within a period of three months thereafter. In the meantime, if the girl is examined, the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48928 of 2017(4) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 will have a liberty to move this Court for regular bail. In the event, the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the petitioner will have a further liberty to make a prayer for bail before this Court.

With the aforementioned direction, this bail application is dismissed.
