2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manjhaul Excise P.S. Case No. 93 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 114 litres country made liquor from the house of co-accused Pradeep Sahni. Petitioner was arrested on the spot but co-accused Pradeep Sahni managed to flee away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58251 of 2025(3) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 petitioner. Recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the house of co-accused. He has no concern with the seized liquor. There is no independent witness to the seizure-list. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail. He is in custody since 03.08.2025. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the trial.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Kumar Choubey, learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-II, Begusarai in Manjhaul in connection with Manjhaul Excise P.S.
