ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 25.07.2019 in connection with Town P.S. Case No.256 of 2019 registered for the offence Sections 30(A), 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only because the police suspected that the petitioners are alleged to have taken liquor and with certain recoveries from the motorcycle, the petitioners were taken into custody. It is further submitted that the petitioners were arrested on mere conjectures and surmises.
