2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/120B of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner shot at informant's brother causing him fire arms injury. Thereafter, he was taken to the hospital where doctor declared him brought dead.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 20.2.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected. Since petitioner is in custody
