JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-07-2016 Heard Sri Kunwar Narayan Jamuar, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Four petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Complaint Case No. 1948 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that petitioner no. 1 & 2 are none else, but full brother of the complainant, whereas, petitioner no. 3 & 4 are purchasers of the land in question and in a land dispute, a false case has been instituted. It has also been argued that regarding land in question,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27261 of 2016 (3) dt.25-07-2016 2/2 title suit is already going on.

Keeping in view nature of accusation, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let all the petitioners namely (1) Md. Hussain, (2) Md. Hasnat @ Hasnat,

(3) Md. Shahid Hussain and (4) Md. Rabbani be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 1948 of 2014 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
