====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.02.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2533 of 2019, by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Special Case No. 14 of 2014, arising out of Economic Offence P.S. Case No. 04 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Ist, Patna.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70667 of 2019(6) dt.30-10-2023 2/3 at the first page of the order dated 05.02.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2533 of 2019, due to typographical error, the name and address of petitioner no. 1 has wrongly been typed as 'Bijendra Paswan and Anr late Lalji Paswan' in place of 'Bijendra Paswan, S/O Late Lalji Paswan' and likewise the name of the father of petitioner no. 2 has wrongly been typed as 'Durga Ram Mandal' in place of 'Daya Ram Mandal' and likewise in the present modification application i.e., Cr. Misc. No. 70667 of 2019, at the first page of the order dated 30.10.2023, the father's name of the petitioner no. 2 has wrongly been typed as 'Durga Ram Mandal' in place of 'Daya Ram Mandal.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioners and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let at first page of the order dated 05.02.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2533 of 2019, the name and address of petitioner no. 1 be read as 'Bijendra Paswan, S/O Late Lalji Paswan' in place of 'Bijendra Paswan and Anr late Lalji Paswan' likewise let the name of the father of petitioner no. 2 be read as 'Daya Ram Mandal' in place of 'Durga Ram Mandal' and likewise

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70667 of 2019(6) dt.30-10-2023 3/3 in the present modification application i.e., Cr. Misc. No. 70667 of 2019, at the first page of the order dated 30.10.2023, let the father's name of the petitioner no. 2 be read as 'Daya Ram Mandal' in place of 'Durga Ram Mandal'. The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same.

5. The order dated 05.02.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2533 of 2019, is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. The present modification application is disposed of.
