2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been advised to file a detail representation before the Registrar of two Universities, namely, 1. Magadh University and 2. Patliputra University. Petitioner is under the jurisdiction of Patliputra University. Petitioner had retired in the month of December, 2019 from the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15366 of 2022(3) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 post of Associate Professor of Political Science of J.N.L. College, Khagaul.

3. Having considered the aforesaid facts of the case, the Registrar of Patliputra University is directed to call for the service records relating to the petitioner from the concerned college. In case the college has already sent the records to the Registrar of Magadh University, the Registrar of Patliputra University must also make a request to the Registrar of Magadh University to send all the records relating to the petitioner, if already not sent. The Registrar of Patliputra University should not fail to call for the records from the concerned University and the College relating to the petitioner for making payment of claims as prayed for in the present writ petition beyond a period of four weeks and make payment of all the admissible retiral dues to the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
