JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2019 The learned counsel for the University, at the outset, submits that the University is not going to give effect to the impugned notifications, contained in Memo No. GS(770)/10 AC249/10 dated 14.07.2010 and the one contained in Memo No.- GS(770/10)A/C 248 dated 24.07.2010. It is further submitted that the entire dues of the petitioners have already been paid. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in case the respondents are not going to give effect to the aforesaid notifications, the petitioners do not wish to press the present writ petition.
