The petitioner seeks bail in Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 109 of 2004, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 21, 22, 23 and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and under Section 47 A of the Excise Act. The informant intercepted Tata Sumo vehicle from which 66 kg of Ganja was recovered. Md. Gulrez, Md. Sarfaraj, Yogesh Kumar, Devlal Singh, Lalbabu Prasad and Jitan Patel were apprehended and they disclosed that the Ganja belongs to one Md. Irfan and they are going to deliver the same to Md. Shamsuddin @ Md. Shamsul and Md. Akram, the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 109 of 2004.
