This application has been filed for directing respondent authorities to grant Parole for only 18 days from custody on the ground of the petitioner's wife Smt. Learned counsel for the State submits that if the petitioner files a fresh application for Parole the same shall be considered by the I.G. Prison, Bihar, Patna. The petitioner is given liberty to file an application within two weeks from today before the I.G. Prison, Bihar, Patna and thereafter I.G. Prison, Bihar, Patna will consider the application for Parole in accordance with law within eight weeks.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
