JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika under Gram Panchayat Raj Sirsia, Hanumanganj in Bhargama Block of Araria District.

It is the contention of the petitioner that she was selected on the post of Anganwari Sevika and recommendation was made for her appointment in the year 2007 itself but till date no appointment letter has been issued to the petitioner. In view of the nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, I direct the District Magistrate, Araria to consider the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate reasoned
