JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 448, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the 12 accused persons including the petitioners is of assault to the informant and others and also committing lootpat.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6947 of 2019(3) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 that there is case and counter case between the parties and petitioners' side also lodged a case earlier to the present case and the dispute arose with respect to a peace of land. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in connection with Pupri P.S.
