2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for direction to the respondents concern to dispose of the execution case no. 47/15 pending in the court of Anchal officer, Triveniganj (Supaul) as early as possible which was filed by the private respondent assailing that the disputed Govt. land was allotted to him while the land in question(the description of land is given below) is
Patna High Court CWJC No.6643 of 2015(3) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 Khatiyani raiyat of Ram Prasad Sah and the petitioners have purchased from the wife of said Ram Prasad Sah by registered deed in the year of 1939 since then the land is exclusive possession of the petitioners;
(ii) any other reliefs/s for which the petitioner is entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that following the filing of the counter affidavit, he does not want to press the petitioner and as such liberty be granted to approach the appropriate authority.
4. Granting said liberty without any comment on the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of.
