The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that informant went to the bank to deposit Rs. 70,000/- in her account. When she was willing to deposit, one person came and requested to change her money with his money as she was having five hundreds rupees note and the person was in possession of two thousand rupees note. However,

No.70217 of 2021(3) dt.19-07-2022 2/3 during exchange he cheated the informant and gave only rupees six thousands out of rupees fifty thousands given by the informant to him. The role of the petitioner surfaced from the CCTV footage installed in the bank. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner went to the bank to encash a cheque, as such, his presence was recorded in the footage of CCTV. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that apart from the present case, the petitioner is accused in one other case.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 239 of 2019,
