JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2025 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 17.02.2024, passed in CWJC No.15371 of 2021 to the extent that the time granted to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the District Commandant, Home Guard, Sheikhpura, i.e. the respondent no.5 be extended by a further period of two weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the petitioner being outside the State of Bihar, the present order could not be communicated within the stipulated time frame, leading to the petitioner not being

Patna High Court MJC No.2933 of 2024(3) dt.25-04-2025 2/2 able to file representation, within a period of two weeks, as provided for in the aforesaid order dated 17.02.2024, hence a sympathetic view be taken and the petitioner be granted some more time to file the representation before the respondent no.5. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the averments made in the present case and taking into account the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant further two weeks' time from today to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the respondent no.5. The rest of the order dated 17.02.2024 shall remain as it is. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
