The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2019 in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No.326/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on the basis of suspicion that the petitioner was one of the person who was fleeing from the place where the seized motorcycle was seized by the authorities, the petitioner has been taken into custody. It is further submitted that nothing has been found from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has got no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55736 of 2019(2) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No.326/2019.
