JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 The petitioner is present in person before this Court, however, the defiant attitude continues and he is not ready to accept the cheque which was handed over by the learned counsel for the respondents to the learned counsel appearing for the Legal Aid Committee on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since the petitioner does not want that any relief should be granted to him, it would be appropriate that the cheque be handed over back to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, to be returned to the State authorities as well as it would be appropriate that the records of the present case are consigned to the record room.
