JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 23-02-2015 The petitioner approached this Court by filing this petition complaining that the respondents did not constitute the Managing Committee for Shri Shri 108 Radha Krishna Maharaj Thakurbari, Golaghat, Bhagalpur. The matter was fixed for admission on 8.1.2015. On that date, the Court took note of the fact that the trust mentioned above has been recognized by the concerned authority through order dated 25.6.2012, and expressed the view that it is better that a committee is constituted. The respondents filed a counter affidavit stating inter alia that the committee

Patna High Court CWJC No.13077 of 2014 dt.23-02-2015 2/2 has been constituted through proceedings dated 4.2.2015. Heard Shri Ashutosh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Shri Kaushal Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the respondents.

The effort made by the petitioner to get a Managing Committee appointed for the trust has materialized. In view of the direction issued by this Court, now that the committee has been constituted, it is expected that the trust would be administered in a proper manner and for the public welfare.

The writ petition is, accordingly, closed.

Interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
