This application has been filed seeking modification in order, dated 20.05.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No.19275 of 2016, whereby, the petitioner has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

On perusal of the records, it appears that in the application, seeking anticipatory bail, Complaint Case No.170 of 2015 was wrongly typed in place of Complaint Case No.670 of 2015. This led to mentioning of Complaint

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26042 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 2/2 Case No.170 of 2015 in the order, dated 20.05.2016, granting bail also.

As requested, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in the application, seeking anticipatory bail, i.e. Cr. Misc. No.19275 of 2016, in course of the day.

Further, Complaint Case No.670 of 2015 be read in place of Complaint Case No.170 of 2015, wherever that occurs in the order, dated 20.05.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No.19275 of 2016.

The time granted to the petitioner to appear before the learned court below vide order, dated 20.05.2016, is, hereby, extended by two weeks from today.
