====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, three unknown miscreants, on the point of pistol, snatched mobile phone and Rs. 30,000/- of the informant and fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused. No stolen article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62164 of 2025(2) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of similar nature, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
