Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Kunal Kumar and except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner was in constant touch with other accused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Kunal Kumar has already been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28924 of 2016 (3) dt.25-07-2016 2/2 granted privilege of bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015.
