This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28281 of 2022 by which the petitioner had been granted bail by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.08.2022, but the bail bond of the petitioner could not be furnished due to condition No. 3 as imposed in the said order, therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that condition No.3 as imposed in the order dated 24.08.2022, which is as follows;

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.680 of 2023(3) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 "One of the bailors shall be the father/mother of the victim girl." may be deleted from the order. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the even after all possible efforts neither the father nor the mother of the victim is ready to become bailor of the petitioner. Hence, the father of the petitioner may be allowed to become the bailor of the petitioner in place of father/mother of the victim girl.

In view of the submission, the order dated 24.08.2022 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
