The petitioner has filed the present application for quashing the order dated 22.04.2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in Trial No. 3694 of 2013 arising out of Isuapur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2011 by which the learned Judicial Magistrate has famed charges against the petitioner for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of the record it appears that by order dated 22.04.2013 the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chapra has framed charges against the petitioner under sections 406 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35786 of 2013 (3) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code and there appears to be no infirmity in the impugned order.

This application for quashing is accordingly, dismissed.
