2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Tarari PS Case No.15 of 2023 dated 18.01.2023, instituted under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence two accused persons in drunken state came and forced the informant's husband to play indecent music and on protest they came back along with other accused persons and assaulted the informant's husband. When the family members of the informant came to rescue, they also assaulted the informant's son and daughter and caused grievous injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64196 of 2024(2) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner, rather, the allegation is general and omnibus. There is no evidence to connect the petitioner with the said crime. It is further submitted that co-accused Urmila Devi and Mina Devi have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35835 of 2023. Lastly, it is submitted that the two criminal cases are pending against the petitioner.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in Tarari PS Case No.15 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
7. The application stands allowed.
