2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Pupari P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 of the NDPS Act.

3. Prosecution allegation, in short, is that total 82.815 Kgs of ganja has been recovered in this case.

4. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73268 of 2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2024 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.

6. This Court does not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner which was already rejected by this Court on its merit.

7. In that view of the matter, the present application is again rejected with a direction to the court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously.
