ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-09-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment dated 23.11.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. Vth, Bhagalpur in Criminal Appeal No.55 of 1998, by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioners and maintained the order of sentence passed on 20.7.1998 by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bhagalpur in Complaint case No.106 of 1993.

The impugned judgment does not reveal any irregularity or perversity and hence I decline to interfere in the matter. However, in view of the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.
