JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the main prayer for quashing of the first information report is concerned, in view of the allegations made, he does not intend to press the same.

As far as the alternative prayer for unsealing the cattle shed belonging to the petitioner is concerned, he submitted that inadvertently the said prayer has been made in the present writ petition. He contended that such prayer can be made only in a civil writ petition. He sought leave to withdraw the present writ petition as far as the alternative prayer is concerned with liberty to file a civil writ petition before this Court in that regard.
