The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authority to dispose off the representation of the petitioner with regard to the grant of A.C.P. and M.A.C.P. of the petitioner. Also to direct the respondent authority to pay the amount due to the petitioner with regard to the A.C.P. and M.A.C.P which he has not got since the date of joining i.e. 03.05.1995.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the Government of Bihar through

Patna High Court CWJC No.13583 of 2024(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 General Administration Department has framed a Rule namely, Bihar Government Servant Grievance Redressal Rule, 2019 in which the person who is aggrieved has to file his complaint before the Service Grievance Redressal Officer. In the said Rule, Clause 2(C) deals with the matters relating to promotion, A.C.P and M.A.C.P

As such, writ petition is disposed off, directing the petitioner to avail the remedy under the Bihar Government Servant Grievance Redressal Rule, 2019 within 30 days from today and in the said Rule, time frame has already been made. Therefore, the Service Grievance Redressal Officer is hereby directed to decide this matter strictly according to the time frame specified in the said Rule i.e. Bihar Government Servant Grievance Redressal Rule, 2019.

5. The petitioner shall be at liberty to avail his remedy under the said Rule before the Higher authority, if his grievance has not been redressed by the Original Authority. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
