This is an appeal under Section 14(A) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st -cum-Special Judge, Nawada, in Muffasil Police Station Case No.150 of 2013 registered under Sections 323/341/376/511 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
Learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to withdraw this appeal to surrender before the learned Court-below. Since allegation is based on the complaint petition filed initially, there is no reason that prayer of the petitioner for regular
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.645 of 2017 (5) dt.18-06-2018 P2/ bail shall not be disposed of by the learned Court-below on the date of surrender itself. Accordingly, it stands dismissed as withdrawn.
