It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 26.09.2022, in which due to typographical error in cause title, father's name of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as "Tarak Nath Rai" in place of "Tarak Nath Sah".

Accordingly, the order dated 26.09.2022 is modified to the extent that in the cause title of the order, father's name of petitioner shall be read as "Tarak Nath Sah" in place of "Tarak Nath Rai".

The rest part of the order dated 26.09.2022 shall remain unchanged and the time granted to the petitioner in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70631 of 2021(5) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. The application stands allowed to the above extent. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) sushma/- U
