In the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 7.1.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Gopalganj in Trial No. 74 of 2011, arising out of Complaint Case No. 456 of 2009, whereby the application of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20264 of 2015 dt.14-05-2015 2 / 2 petitioners for dispensing with their personal attendance in terms of Section 317 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been rejected and their bail bonds have been cancelled.

Without entering into the merits of the case, with consent of the parties, I direct the petitioners to appear before the Court below within one week from today for the purposes of framing of charge.

In case, they appear within a week, the impugned order dated 7.1.2015 shall be deemed to be quashed. If they fail to appear within the stipulated period of one week, the aforesaid order dated 7.1.2015 shall take its full force and the court below shall take all coercive steps to ensure the appearance of the petitioners. With this observation and direction, the application is disposed of.
