19-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Gone through the report submitted by the learned lower court communicated vide letter no.110 dated 17.05.2017 as well as that of Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari communicated vide letter no.1090/PC dated 11.07.2017 wherefrom it is evident that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. That being so, the learned lower court is directed to decide the trial by 31.08.2017 positively and will submit report to that effect. With the aforesaid direction, instant petition is disposed of.
