2. The petitioners apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case is that the the petitioner took consideration money from the informant and later on denied to execute the sale deed.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. The petitioner is ready to return the amount of Rs.4,20,000/- to the complainant within six months. Petitioner has no criminal

5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the complainant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as the petitioner is ready to return Rs.4,20,000/- to the informant in installments, let the above named petitioner, be released on provisional bail for a period of six months, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.447 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. However, the provisional bail of the petitioner shall be confirmed by the learned Court below itself after satisfying that the petitioner has paid Rs.4,20,000/- to the informant.
