2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Udwant Nagar (Gajrajganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 87 of 2007 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c) and 20(B) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 110 Kg of Ganja from the house of the petitioner who is in custody since 28.03.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the house doesn't exclusively belong to the petitioner and there are other family members also staying in the

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the huge recovery of ganja from the house of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
