JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-10-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- 1(i). For issuance of direction to the Respondent authorities to pay the salary of the husband of the petitioner from 27.8.2015 till uptill now, so she can manage the treatment of her husband at NIMHANS, Bangalore.

(ii). For directing the Respondent authorities particularly the Respondent No. 3 to grant medical leave to the husband of the petitioner as he is suffering from Alzimers and his treatment is going on at NIMHANS, Bangalore."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Chief Engineer, Building Construction Department, Patna, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances, regarding non-payment of salary of her husband, who is suffering from Alzimers disease. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Chief Engineer, Building Construction Department, Patna shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
