2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per F.I.R., total 144 liters of illicit country-made liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the alleged motorcycle and has got no concern with the seized liquor. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge IIcum-Special Excise Court No. 2nd, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
