ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Piro P.S. Case No.89/14 for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no specific allegation of either ill-treatment or demand of dowry from these petitioners being the mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased, Arti Devi. It is further submitted that the husband is already in custody.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that there is no allegation of demand of dowry in the F.I.R. against these petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32426 of 2014 (3) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 two weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, in Piro P.S.Case No.89 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
