2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, when the informant reached near Chauhatta Dhala, then two motorcycles coming from opposite side on which four persons were riding, forcibly stopped him and on the point of katta and sword, one mobile and one ATM card were snatched by the accused persons.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the name of the petitioner has figured in the confessional
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64169 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 statement of co-accused, Sandeep Kumar @ Guddu Rangila and Neeraj Kumar. He has also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is under custody since 26.02.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Supaul in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
